Habitat America is thrilled to share The Robeson at Spring Flats has won the 32nd annual HAND Award for Best Affordable Project (Property)! This is an extraordinary accomplishment that wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the entire team.
The HAND Award recognizes affordable housing projects that demonstrate excellence in design, construction, and management. It celebrates the efforts of all those involved in providing affordable housing options to our communities.
Both Tonya Trotman, the Regional Manager, and Kiona, the Property Manager, deserve our congratulations for their leadership and management skills. They have led their team through the project’s various stages, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
We also want to congratulate our Outreach Associate, Courtney Blake, for playing a significant role in exemplifying Habitat America values while working at the site. She has been involved in leasing, assisting residents, and problem-solving with a smile, making the Robeson at Spring Flats a welcoming and comfortable living environment for its residents.
