SILVER SPRING, MD – December 3, 2019 – Willow Manor at Fairland Senior Apartments, a new senior apartment community conveniently located off Route 29 in Silver Spring, is nearing completion of a new, 121-unit residential building. The leasing team is taking inquiries for an expected opening in April 2020.

Willow Manor at Fairland is being developed by Jeffrey Kirby and Patrick Byrne under the KB Companies, Inc. corporation. Jeffrey Kirby and Patrick Byrne specialize in owning and operating affordable senior housing in the Baltimore/Washington, DC area. The community will be professionally managed by Habitat America, LLC, an experienced property management company based out of Annapolis that has served the mid-Atlantic region for over 30 years.
