Just steps away from Hyattsville's Route 1 corridor, Renaissance Square's affordable apartments for low income artists feature many exciting amenities. Our tastefully designed one and two bedroom floor plans feature dramatic ceilings and modern, eclectic touches that make your apartment unique, including individually crafted door knockers. Handicap accessible and hearing and visual impaired units are also offered.

Our artist-friendly community features a variety of amenities to bring out your innermost creativity. If dance is your forte, you will enjoy our spacious dance studio with oversized mirrors, free standing ballet barres and resilient flooring. Work on your latest painting in our high ventilation workroom or utilize the 3,000 square feet of shared studio space. Our computer room houses two Macs complete with Adobe Creative Suite and a printer for all of your graphic arts needs. Find inspiration on our two rooftop patios overlooking our green garden roof and display your completed works of art in our high visibility art gallery. Renaissance Square also features a music practice room, fitness room and a community meeting room.

Ideally located in Prince Georges County and just off of Baltimore Avenue, Renaissance Square is convenient to the shopping, entertainment and recreation that the DC Metro area offers.  Hop on the nearby bus or metro for easy transportation around Washington DC and beyond.
