"Good morning, I have never, ever encountered a place that I truly could call home until I moved here 3 years ago. Lets start with the property management team, Megan is one of the kindest and most honest people I've had the pleasure of knowing. There is never a time that I call and need assistance and she has not given me her undivided attention. She manages the staff well and has trained her assistant to know and understand the ebbs and flows of property managing. Our maintenance crew and grounds keepers have ALWAYS accommodated any request and ALWAYS responded within a 24 hr period. My children are safe here, even when I have family over everyone speaks of how well the property is kept and how beautiful my home is. If I could give an entire commercial I would do so. Habitat is a better please because of this management team here at Riverwoods."

Our doors aren't like a basic lock and key 🔐. It's better... Our building is young, no old appliances, windows, walls, floors etc... Wow. It's fantastic. The staff are very nice, and friendly. Very easy to talk too. Ms. Megan and Ms. Bryn are sweethearts. They honestly are so approachable.. Riverwoods is the only place I want to live??💕??💕."

"I moved into Riverwoods right before the pandemic hit and I don't have any issues here , the staff is excellent and the maintenance is excellent and friendly . This is a clean apartment complex to live in , the bedrooms are spacious , the closets are great and roomy, the atmosphere is so peaceful. We even have a dog park here for all the animals that tenants have that live here we have a nice little trail that I love to walk when I leave work to unwind it leads to Starbucks, which I love??. The staff takes your concerns, very seriously which is Also a great thing. I would recommend this to my family and friends, and I have! My sister just moved from New Jersey a month ago and she loves it!"

"I moved in August to this beautiful development, I love it here , It's quiet and very clean and very private. The staff is very friendly and the Property Manager Kim is a Gem! HANDS DOWN! She works alone pretty much as far as the go to person and I must say she does a excellent job, keeping the place clean and safe . Ken is the most friendliest maintenance Guy and that's a plus . I recommend this place to all future residents ."
