Linden Park Apartments Celebrates Grand Opening

On June 23, 2016, senior living community located in Baltimore, Linden Park Apartments in Bolton Hill celebrated its Grand Reopening after the completion of a $24 million renovation to the community inside and out.

The community’s transformation focused on remodeling resident apartments and existing common areas, as well as creating new onsite amenities for added convenience and accessibility.

Residents’ apartment homes now feature energy efficient appliances, brand new kitchen cabinets and countertops, energy efficient windows and brand new bathrooms designed with universal features to accommodate aging in place. New flooring was also installed throughout each apartment home.

“The newly renovated apartments are delightful. In the kitchen area, there is plenty of cabinet space which was lacking in the old apartments. The apartments are bright and the air quality is refreshing. Living in this community is very convenient to local transportation for the need to go shopping and places of entertainment. I am very pleased to live in Linden Park Apartments,” said one resident named Gloria.

The common areas now feature brand new furniture throughout, a fitness center, computer lab, multi-purpose community room for activities and events and a laundry room on each floor. Newly added amenities include an onsite convenience store, hair salon and sun room. The community also offers ample outdoor space facing a dog park with a trellis and ample seating, a 24 hour concierge and free parking available to residents.

All of the apartments are affordable to households aged 62 and better at 60% of the area median income and all utilities are included in the rent. Linden Park Apartments is an Equal Housing Opportunity community.
