Important COVID-19 Update from Habitat America

On behalf of the entire Habitat America team, we are reaching out to assure you that the safety and well-being of our residents, visitors and employees remain our highest priority.
We are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, including guidance from medical professionals, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other health authorities.
We would like to share a couple of updates that might help you to feel at ease during these uncertain times.
First, we have put in place guidance for all our team members detailing how to protect against transmission of the virus, including hand-washing protocols and enhanced cleaning of high-touch areas at our properties. We will continue monitoring coronavirus (COVID-19) updates and will respond based on the advice of public health authorities.
Second, we want to remind our residents and visitors of various contactless methods to interact with us and the management office. We’d like to encourage our residents to use rental payments through accounts on Rent Cafe as well as WIPs payments at communities where available.
