What Our Residents are saying.

I had an in-person tour of Victory Forest. Overall, the staff who took me around to look at the facility was very helpful. She told me about the different amenities, which is what I like. I also like the fact that it’s not too far from my place of employment. The dining area is only full when they’re having activities on the weekends. I don’t think they provide food. The apartment the staff showed me was for the handicapped, like with a wheelchair. The facility is very clean. They still practice the guidelines for COVID, so there was someone there cleaning. They have a little room with gym equipment.

Management is the best- outstanding! The maintenance crew is always there when needed and will go out of their way to help residents, whatever the problem. The building is always clean, in and outside. Both the management and maintenance crews are friendly with all residents. I, myself enjoy living here. The amenities are great!

I enjoy living at Victory Forest although I have lived here for about 2 years. Living at Victory Forest is a place where senior citizens are highly respected and make the residents very comfortable and happy. We have days when we meet for social activities and play games.

I have lived at Victory Forest for approximately five years. I lived here a while back and have been here almost a 1/2 year a second time after moving about two years ago, and coming back. It seems like home to me. The decorations are super and the people are very nice. It is peaceful, and very up to date on their affairs.

My parents live in the community managed by Minmin. Since they are not fluent in English, I have been helping them to handle their communication with you and your team. If they had any maintenance requests, I was the one who has been channeling their requests to you. If they need to clarify their lease contract, again, I was the one who has been channeling their clarification requests. My point is I have been involved in the ongoing communication with you and your team on various aspects related to creating enjoyable living conditions for my parents at Victory Forest.

Victory Forest is blessed to have Minmin as a property manager. Her dedication, professionalism, and empathy towards residents is unmatched. And we had a similar experience with Aishah as well.

I have been renting an apartment in North Bethesda for ten years. None of these “big name” property managers have been able to match the quality of services that my parents receive from you and your team. You have addressed all maintenance requests we placed within 24 hours. Whereas I have to chase my property managers in North Bethesda for days for non-emergency requests. And the way you were handling those requests was different. All those follow-up email messages from you asking to ask to confirm that everything has been fixed. Or video chats with the outsourced/external maintenance service providers (when they would enter my parents’ apartment) to ensure that those outside technicians are focusing on fixing the problem, not overcharging the client. This is indeed a different experience and increases our appreciation of your efforts.

My parents share all these sentiments, and they insisted that I should write this letter.

Thanks again for all your efforts.

I toured Victory Forest for my parents. The place was laid out pretty well. It was really nice and clean, and it was well maintained. People were friendly. It was really nice. I enjoyed my visit. The staff who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. She handed me the paperwork and told me that there’s a wait of about three to six months. Other places had longer wait lists. She mentioned that some of the people liked to go on walks. Other people liked to play cards, do knitting, and things like that.
