Full Time Community Manager position one of our recently multi-family apartment communities in Roanoke, Virginia. This is a 200-unit Conventional property that was recently renovated. Qualified applicants for this Community Manager position must have a minimum of 3 years of property management experience, at either the Assistant Manager level or higher. The salary for this position is negotiable.
Habitat America has an opening for Regional property Manager ( RPM) to oversee a portfolio of 7-10 properties in the Baltimore / Washington Metro area. Habitat America, headquartered in Annapolis, MD, has grown tremendously since incorporating 25 years ago. As a result of the current growth as well as planned growth, we are looking for someone with the right credentials to join our company.
This is a Full Time position. Qualified applicants for this position must have a minimum of 10 years experience managing multiple sites. That experience must include hands-on experience with lease-up properties, Tax Credit and Section 8 communities. Successful applicants must also have experience with independent senior living communities and multi-family communities. This position requires an individual with strong analytical abilities and who has an understanding of reading and interpreting financial statements, as well as preparing budgets. Excellent writing and communication skills are a must for the Habitat America RPM.
