Stadium Place is a new vision for Baltimore's seniors - an attractive mixed income campus providing apartments, home ownership and assisted living facilities with no entrance fee. Residents' changing needs will be met with a range of health, wellness and personal services. There is subsidized housing and services for those in need. Stadium Place is also enhanced with a YMCA which provides intergenerational social and recreational opportunities for campus residents and the surrounding community.

WEINBERG COURTS - Now Open!

Weinberg Courts is the first building on the Stadium Place campus to
become available. It offers one bedroom apartment homes for Seniors 62+.
Weinberg is fully leased at this time and the Waiting List is currently closed.

EDNOR APARTMENTS - Now Open!

The Ednor Apartments is a 110 unit building with one and two bedroom
apartments for seniors aged 62 and over. Ednor is fully leased at this time.

EDNOR APARTMENTS II - Opening Summer 2008!

The Ednor Apartments Phase II is an 81 unit building with one and two bedroom
apartments for seniors aged 62 and over. Applicants will be selected by a lottery
at the beginning of June 2008. Please click on link at the top of this page to see

VENABLE II APARTMENTS - Now Open!

Venable II Apartments is the newest residential building on the Stadium Place
campus and offers one bedroom apartment homes for Seniors 62+.

The Weinberg YMCA, on the grounds of the campus, is a state of the art
recreational facility open to the entire Baltimore community. Specialized
programming is available for seniors.

ThanksGiving Place, a beautifully landscaped sacred space with a labyrinth
and gardens,is located in the entry plaza.

FUTURE PLANS for the STADIUM PLACE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY!

Future housing and long term care for seniors of all incomes are in the planning stages.
