Harper House

Harper House, conveniently located in  Columbia, offers federally subsidized housing through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Section 8 program.  The monthly rent for the efficiency, one or two bedroom floor plans, is based on 30% of the household income, and many amenities and resident services are offered.
