Clare Court Apartments and Townhomes*

Clare Court offers affordable one and two bedroom apartments and four bedroom townhomes. Clare Court is an intergenerational community of special people. Residents include: foster families adopting multiple siblings; individuals with disabilities; persons who previously lived at the Clare Court location; individuals with a demostrated background in working with children; and seniors or the disabled who want to live in a supportive community.

All residents must agree to participate in volunteer activities and training, and belong to the resident association. All residents must have, or be willing to apply for, rental assistance.
