APARTMENTS Phase II- Opening Summer 2008!

in the 1000 block of East 33rd Street in Baltimore, Maryland
at the former site of the Memorial Stadium
Ednor
Apartments Phase II is the newest building on the Stadium Place
campus to become available.
It will offer one and two bedroom apartment homes for Seniors 62+.
Interest has been so great that the selection of residents for this
building will be chosen
by lottery (see entry information below).

of one bedroom/ one bath apartments available: 59
Number of two bedroom/ two bath apartments available: 22

Apartments Phase II Resident Criteria
Age:
All residents must be 62 years or older at the time of their
move-in.
Maximum
Annual Income:
One person: $32,820
Two people: $37,560
Three people: $42,240
Four people: $46,920
Rent:
1BR apts start at $314 through $719; 2 BR apts start at $539 through
$848
Availability:
Opening Summer 2008.
Other requirements:
Good credit rating. Good landlord references. Calculation of assets
will be included in eligibility.

Entering
the lottery is easy. Simply fill in the information requested
below
on a 6" x 4" postcard and mail it to us at:

All
entries must be postmarked by 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May
31, 2008.
Only
one entry may be submitted for each household.
The
first 200 people whose cards are drawn will be eligible to
apply for the Ednor
Apartments II in the order in which their names are drawn.
They will receive a letter
with an appointment date and time for an interview and to
submit an application for
an apartment. This does not guarantee that you will get
an apartment.
At the interview, we will provide more details about the selection
criteria for
the apartments, as well as information about the apartment
features and amenities.

The
names of all other lottery entrants will be placed on the
waiting list for Ednor Apts II.
Submitting
an entry in the lottery does not obligate you if you decide
later that you
are not able to move to the Ednor Apartments II.
All
entrants will be notified of their status by June 20, 20084.
Please do not call
about your lottery status before that date.

with someone at one of the Stadium Place offices,
